sinus taccychardia going on for 1 year after open heart

Hi im a 27 years old guy last year I had open heart surgery to do a mitral valve repair. Everything went fine until I stopped taking all med 3 month post operation it was then that I started to have extreme exercise intolerence to the point that wheb I climb a few stairs my heart rate reaches 140 bpm my heart rate after 1 mi  of running is around 160 170 bpm I was on a holter twice for 24 hours and the doctor said it was sinus taccychardia and all echos are fine  and I should restart exerciaing so I did so but now 1 year later I still havent seen any real progress abd I srill get dizzy when I try any physical effort I dont know what to do coz I dont want to go back on med like concor that bothered me a lot and im afraid of dying of a sudden arrythmia when exercising so is there a way ? Thank u

I think u are right I developped something of this post open heart I dont know why but my bp also varies a lot with different positions sometimes when im asleep and wake up if I move from side to side my heart races . Now knowing that ... id like to know if  u have an idea  on what I should do coz im really desperate I want to be active like I used to before my open heart I mean I had a lot to through having this operation but I was never tild this would happen after it so its like a march in hell now thank u

Have your doctors done any testing or evaluation for IST (inappropriate sinus tachycardia), POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), or any other forms of Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction)?
