I have been taking Metoprolol for two weeks. I am having alot of side effects and want to stop taking it. Do I have to wean myself off of it if I have only been taking it for two weeks? If so how do I wean off of it?

I cannot advise you how to take a medicine but I can tell you that if I had a patient that was on a beta blocker, the way I weaned it or if I would wean it at all would depend on their circumstances.  I would treat weaning for blood pressure reason different than if it were coronary artery disease for example.  If they hadn't been on it for long, there is probably little harm in stopping.  If they were worried they could cut it in half and take that for week before stopping, but again this depends on the dose and indications.  Ask your doctor what they recommend.

I hope this helps.
