Burning feeling in rectum, hemorids, blood, diharea

Hi. I have had a lot of blood the rectum when im on the toilet.it have been on and of for  several years. i have hemorids that is verry painful from time to time.and when my rectum is iritated, and im on the toilet, its like the rectum is going out (eversion?).i can feel it is like an open wound, and when im using the toiletpaper, it will be blood on it, and just make it more irritated. today i have alot of pain, after going to the toilet. i got some sort of diarea, whit alot of slime, and it hurt so much. i have used Scheriproct (prednisolon cinkokain),in periods,but the problem is always coming back. after i used the ointment today, the hemorids is going down,but its still burning so much. its like the rektum retraction back, and make it so tightit and hurtful. im woried what will happend whit this problem, its like an wound inside. and im scared what the doctors can do to help it. i dont want anyone to tuch there,it is so sensitive and hurtfull.what mor can they do? i ned to operate?:/
