External hemorrhoid, not painful but want to shrink as much as I can

Just want some advice on how to shrink an external hemorrhoid as much as possible.

I had a anal skin tag removed about a month ago due to finding it hard to clean after doing a number 2 and secondly I didn't like the look of it.. healing well and happy with the result, however I was told I had a hemorrhoid underneath the tag. Although I didn't even know I had one probably because the skin tag was covering it.

So now I can see my external hemorrhoid I would like to know how to get rid of it as much as possible. The only problem I have with it is that everytime I go to work it flares up and becomes annoying/itchy but in the morning it goes back down.

I've ordered NEO HEALER as I've read some good reviews on the product shrinking the pile. I also occasionally take sitz bathes with Epsom salt, that was purely for recovering from the skin tag removal.

Anyways any tips on how to keep the pile from flaring up and staying down would be great.

I'm a young girl now lacking in confidence.. self concious of it to be honest.
