I really need to know if this is hemorrhoids or something worse
So im really embarrassed to go to the doctors about this, but will if I need to. I have had, what I have thought to be hemorrhoids for a few years now. Usually its small and doesn't hurt, but every few months it gets larger and hurts. Well just a few days ago it got really big and hurts really bad. It has never looked like this before and its freaking me out. I need to know if this is just hemorrhoids or something worse. Sorry I know its gross =/
