NON - thrombosed external hemmoroid

Simple question.... after weeks of waiting I have a doctor's apt tomorrow! I can see and feel quite a few external hemmoroids when I strain ( using a mirror).... just inside the anal verge. These engorged looking pads are bluish/purple. Are they considered thrombosed? They do not appear hard nor are the hanging outside the anus like the pics I see. Just large pads that engorge when I strain. Thanks for any response....

Hi yes these would be symptoms of hemms and the color does suggest blood inside them.
