hemorrhoid shrinking...bleeding starting

I have a hemorrhoid that has shrank significantly, but today I have started to bleed. On the pain scale (1-10), I'm around 6/7. Today marks 7days since the onset of this dreadful thing...it's my first. I want to know if it would be ok to take asprin or Tylenol? I am new to this area and I don't have a physician as of yet. I will definitely find one and make an appointment, but in the meantime, asprin or Tylenol? thanks! :-)

I had read many blogs while suffering and tried everything topical but not nutritional... until three months later, when I continued getting worse and couldn't take it anymore. Please, if you are suffering, do yourself a favor and read this whole thing. I am not selling anything.  Just read this, you can buy these supplements cheaply online or from most health food stores and use most any brand, they are simple vitamins/herbs - no surgery, no drugs.  Take daily. If what you have are hemorrhoids, (which are varicose veins in a very bad spot) --  these vitamins strengthen your veins (vascular system) so it's extremely likely THEY will WORK for you.

After spending a small fortune on creams, preparations, sitz bath, etc. (no insurance so surgery was out of the question), I re-read what was in those forums and blogs and started to pay close attention to the people talking about different nutritional supplements. Wrote them down. These are those supplements in a nutshell, I've saved you the time and energy from doing the research yourself.

Supplements take longer to work than what you would hope and are far from 'instant relief" -- but when they finally work with your body for a few days and healing kicks in, from the inside-out -- man, they are worth their wait and weight in GOLD -- and if I could highlight and bold the word GOLD, I would do it here. So much so, that I have come back to this particular forum on my own personal time with nothing to gain but the hope I will be helping another suffering human being to see this message and have the chance to get out from under this terrible life-altering affliction as I did.

Repair what is there so you not only avoid surgery (no matter how bad it feels to you today, this regimen is SO worth trying) PLUS you may prevent it from ever happening to you again. (AMEN).  This worked for me after three AGONIZING months of trying everything else!! only to have it getting worse no matter what I tried!

TRUST ME, I overlooked the random nutritional suggestions because I wanted instant relief, and who wouldn't? But if you want to get well and on with your regularly scheduled life, let me tell you, please, don't waste one more second before obtaining and taking a good leg vein essential supplement with the following ingredients (or you can buy the ones not found in a combo, separately, all easy to find on-line):

1) Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids
2) Rutin (sometimes this is in the C)
3) Stone Root (also called Collinsonia Root)
4) Horse Chestnut (standardized)
5) Butcher's Broom
6) Bilberry extract
7) Grapeseed extract
8) Hawthorne berry extract
9) Goto Kola extract
10) Stool softener (not one with a laxative!)

Initially, I was concerned as I have a hayfever allergy but none of these supplements bothered me, check with doc if you're particularly sensitive.

Depending on the severity of your condition, you will notice at least small improvements within a few days (for me, within 3.5 days before small but noticeable improvement). DO NOT give up because it's not instantly better, that is not how this works! KEEP ON TAKING THEM daily WITH ORANGE JUICE (unless you are experiencing any discomfort, of course).

Every day after that you will notice steady improvement. Just don't forget to take the supplements daily. Once you are at 100%, (don't stop before 100% happens) if it's hard for you to take daily, keep at least a regular maintenance dose maybe 3x a week or over weekends going to prevent further issues.

At the time of this writing, I had used the following which covered all the ingredients listed above:
1) swanson leg vein essentials,
2) solaray vitamin c with bioflavonoid concentrate, rose hips and acerola
3) swanson stone root

But you can find similar with many other vendors.

Important note that you should take to heart. Like in my case, if your veins are in this kind of shape, you may have an undiagnosed nutrition absorption issue, so seriously consider taking a good multiple vitamin with minerals (NOT A TABLET that's encased it what might as well be plastic), also activated B-complex and amino acid complete wouldn't hurt, either.

Wherever possible, always try to get gel capsules, ones with the powder you can see inside of it, in case your stomach does not produce enough acid to break down tablets (so you're not spending money and taking tablets that don't break down for nothing).  Liquids and sublinguals would work, too.

In two or three weeks, if this helped you, please, please take the time to come back and post to let others know that this worked for you, too!

This article is assuming you have had a formal diagnosis. If you were not formally diagnosed with hemorrhoids and still not finding any improvement at all after 1-2 weeks of this regimen, you should see a physician for a proper diagnosis, it could be something else  --so don't delay.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You can take pain killers for the hemorrhoid. Other than that, vasoconstrictors, protectants, antiseptics, analgesics(pain relievers),corticosteroids and keratolytics can be used.Non medical treatment involves sclerotherapy, Rubber band ligation, heat coagulation, cryotherapy and surgery.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
