is this Hemorrhoids?
I'm 22 and i have from the looks of it a tumor or something around the anal region and it has black spot in it. i went to the doctor and got checked for it and he said its probably hemorrhoids, but i feel like its something else. i don't feel any kind of pain and this one time i felt of an incomplete evacuation of my bowel movements.
note that the first time i felt this tumor or a swollen vein is after i took my bowel movements i washed with a very hot water, in the first two days i thought it was a burn.
