red spots all over my body

I have some red spots aii over my body what could it be

hi im 24 and i work with in the medical field as a porter and a first aider I have been getting spots fome up some small some big many ore raised and some swell up every so often they are sore when theey are raised and nothing seems to take it away they are mostly on my back legs and under arms and ive just resently started with acks in my back and upper let parts mostly in the back of my legs where the musal is i think its the carve musal it mostley comes on after walking a lot at work but resently ive been at work and not done a hard graft day but it realy acks and does not easy off after a nice shower or rest in bed any ideas what this could been,

im not sure it this could be hep A or mesols or just a common bite and just a coinstadence with the acking???

It's hard to tell as you didn't derscribe them very well. Are they big, small, itch don't itch are you on treatment have hep?

Give a little bit more info.

If they are tiny tiny little dots that itch like heck it could be what we commonly refer to as ribarash - the best remedy is to keep it completely and totally hydrated with a good lotion such as gold Bond Triple Threat Anti Itch Medicated Cream - several times a day and even after the rash disappears.

If it's not that........I have no idea!
