HepB carrier, non infectious - job opportunity in South Korea

Hello,

I just got my result for the Hepa Profile and this is the reading.

HBsAg with Titer (CMIA) 3100.32 Reactive
Anti HBS (CMIA)            0.00      Non Reactive
HBeAg (CMIA)               0.40      Non Reactive
Anti HBe (CMIA)             0.01     Reactive
Anti HAV IgM (CMIA)      0.30    Non Reactive
Anti HBc Total (CMIA)    12.59   Reactive
Anti HCV (ECLIA)           0.09    Non Reactive

I was told by the doctor that im non infectious. And as long as I live a healthy lifestyle, I will be fit to work.
Now my question is, how strict is South Korea to Hep B carrier job applicant.

Looking forward for response.
