Please Interpret and ano pong dapat Gawin?

Hello Good day!  Id like to ask lang, just today nakuha namin yung follow up check up result ng hubby ko at eto ang findings nya
HBeAg (CMIA)  Result 1659.64   COV 1.000 Reactive.
Anti HBe (CMIA)  Result 51.08 COV 1.000 Non Reactive

Actually nagtanong tanong na po ako sa iba, sabi nga nila Active daw po ang Hepa B Virus sa kanya.
Medyo natakot ako sa mga sinabe nila and na sad ako para sa Hubby ko.
Active po sa Basketball ang asawa ko, bawal po ba yun sa kanya?
Tapos gusto ko po sana makahingi ng info mula sa mga naka experience nito , kung ano ba dapat ang kainin at iwasan niya.
may possibility po ba na mahawa ako at ang anak ko.
