Please help me read my laboratory result

Last February 2014 ngapply ako going to Saudi and during sa medical wala akong any idea n may mali sakin, I was confident na ok ako..from baguio ako then sa manila ang agency..suddenly bigla aq tinawagan n may mali sa medical ko at di n daw nila maproprocess yung application ko dahil daw may hepa A ako..parang nnghina aq kasi gusto k sanang mkapagabroad..pinasend ko result at eto yun tex sakin HBsAg positive..nun pinakita ko sa asawa ko ang sabi nya hindi daw hepa a kundi hepa b lalo ako nalungkot na wala akong kmalay malay may hepa b pla aq. ng pa lab ako at eto result

Anti HBe~non reactive
Anti HCV~non reactive

SGPT~ 49 u/l

karereceive ko lang po ng dna viral load which cost me 8700 pesos
result~ HBV DNA detected is greater than 110,000,000 IU/ml

i did a research sa internet and seeing my result  nkakapanglumo po..sabi ng doctor wala n daw magagawa andyan n daw..gusto ko lng po hingi ng advise kung may pagasa pa po b ako..

Hi gooday same tayo ng result.  Way back 2010 i was diagnose hep b + ve, magsaudi din sana ko kaso bagsak medcal. Ngaun 2014 subukan ko ulit apply. Hbsag non reactive n ako at reactive n ung anti hbs ko. God bless
