acute is more chances of possibility na gagaling ka ...unlike chronic stage na....ifn within 6 mos gumaling ka thats acute stage...if more than 6 mos at di pa nawala hep b mo it means ur a carrier already....

may chronic na non infectious at meron din chronic infectious meaning nakakahawa ka...

hindi po ako doctor or gastro. but if i'm going to base it on my own situation or  experience like way back 2012 where I first new that I'm HBV Reactive and carrier my gastro told me that I'm a acute HBV carrier, as the medication goes by the Virus was unfortunately un-cured. as of now i'm still a carrier. my doctor told me that I have chronic HBV maybe because the diagnosis is that good I have a fatty liver and perhaps the virus in my blood elevates. now, from Riboflavin he decided to change it to Ursoliv which is a medicine Chronic carriers like me. but pls. you have to visit and have appointment to your Gastro before taking any medicine as people here are always saying this, that we have different situations as HBV carrier. may God bless you & give you more strength.
