Hi, ang pinag babawal lng talga is yung pag inum ng Alak, sigarilyo, wala naman bawal na pag kain pero dapat in moderate lang talga. lahat naman siguro ng sobra masama. and maganda pa check up ka din. Try po ninyo Doctor ko. Dr. Manley Uy. San Juan De Dios T-Th 1-4pm. or Manila Doctors United Nation. MWF 1-4pm. he is a really good Doctor.  under treatment ako sa kanya for about 2 months and he is really helping me.
