Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with Hepa B last October 2017. After 2 months I was able to clear it. My question is can I go back to my daily activities like before? Im not planning to drink again though. I was fairly active and I love riding my bike. Do I need to be careful of something or anything? Thanks in advance. I hope all of you who are still battling the virus gets well.

I took Essential Forte supplements. And lots of rest and healthy eating. No junk foods or soft drinks. As in water and freshly squeezed orange juice lang ang iniinom ko nun and fresh milk na din. No coffee and tea too. Given na syempre no smoking and no alcohol. Good luck.
You have undetectable hbv dna test? Posible ba talaga. San ka nagpalabtest
I am based abroad. Acute lang sya so kaya siguro na clear ng katawan ko.
Kaya pala na clear e. Kahit dika uminom ng capsule kasi acute lang within a months nawawala siya ng kusa.
