HBV DNA

Hi,

Just wanna know if what is the significant of having a 374 UI/ml value of HBV DNA in a carrier? Is it mean a person who has it is getting well?

Thanks, sino pong hepatologist ang nag -aattend sayo? sang hosp? pra matry ko rin, hopefully, after this zero-conversion I may be able to pass the medical in the field I am longing.

based sa result mo its up to you kung magdedecide ka sa medication kasi pag sinimulan mo yun tuloy tuloy na hanggang mag negative ka sa hepa b. medyo may kamahalan dn ang mga gamot.

pwede din kasi natural na mawala yan kasi mababa naman HBV DNA mo, pero ang goal kasi natin maging undetected at HBV DNA and hopefully maclear ang virus.

for now maghealthy living ka tas inom vitamins for the liver. mxado complicated ang hepa b kaya mas ok patingin ka na sa hepatologist sila ang mas higit may alam anu ang dpat ang nishashare ko sau eh unge xperience ko, currently tuloy tuloy ang paginom ko gamot.

Thanks, here are the results of other test, this was taken last August
HBsAg 3362 unit not indicated. Reactive
Anti HBs <2.00 Iu/L nonreactive
HBeAg 0.101 Nonreactive
Anti HBe 0.007 reactive
Anti HBe (IgG)  0.006 Reactive
Anti Hbe (IgM)  0.060 nonreactive.
SGPT (ALT) 51.0 U/L
SGOT (AST) 24.7 U/L
HBV DNA 374 IU/ml

ung SGPT po mdyo umangat ata sa normal value.

Hello, that value is acceptable, anything below 20,000 IU/ML is ok but mas ok kung undetected. anu result ng iba mong mga tests? depende kasi un sa results if need mo maggamot or hinde. may iba nagtatake ng risk na maggamot pra maclear mismo ang hbsag
