About Black Seed Usage for Cure

For those people who want to use black cumin,

I read in many articles that the black seed becomes effective against powerful resistant viral dieases (such as, HBV) after the usage of at least 6 months.

I think this is totally true, because my HBSAG quantitaty result was very high even in the 5th month of the usage. However, after the  6th month, my qHBSAG level dramatically decreased and finally cleared. So, do not stop eating black seed and be patient (I mean tolerant) if you cannot get the good results in the beginnings.

Try it and you will find out. We still don't have a clear picture if it will help in cure hbv. It is still under member's testing.

In my country (Turkey), I buy in any spice shop. It is east to find.

I do not have information about cumin seed. I know what black seed is. I am not sure if they are same.

I just found cumin seed in my place, but it's not black color.

it will be better if you add one tea spoon of curcumin to your mix.

Do not forget to eat garlic with your daily meals if possible. Eat garlic at least with your dinner.
