Apparently there is a medical travel website where you can get consultation and schedule a visit with doctors in Cuba. You need to fill out a form, list your condition and attach your test results. On the Chinese HBV Forum, it was reported that HeberNasVac is now available from Cuba, there is even  a label information. There is no mention of a price. There is also unconfirmed rumour that it will conduct a Phase 3 clinical trial in China.
What is interesting is that currently there is a Hepatitis 2016 conference in Cuba, with some interesting speakers:
Dr Trepo(France), Dr Nelson Cheinque(Gilead), and Dr Mamun al Matabh(Bangladesh).

For the rest of us, we have to await the results of the Phase 2/3 clinical trials of ABX203 to be released later this year.
