Anyone knows where in US can one test HBSAG, HBSAB, etc. quantitatively?

In US HBsAg, HBsAb etc. results are mostly given in +s or -s.

Is there a hospital or lab that gives the test results in numbers?

Thanks for your info.

Amazing US does not offer this simple test!

The reason for such test is some treatments cause chnage in numbers in HBsAg and HBsAb even when they are marked + and -.

There is no place in the USA to "officially" test for surface antigen quant, but a couple of us have gotten the numbers "unofficially" by participating in pre-screening for a HBsAg assay test that is being developed.

I think qHBsAg assay is not FDA approved in the USA. I wonder why? It is cheaper than hbvdna assay. I heard one USA doctor talking about it, because some of his Asian patients do have qHBsAg data in their histories. The weird thing is, qHBsAg assay is also not available in Australia, but Fibroscan is.
