I was wondering the same question. I also experience the moderate burning sensations on the feet and hands. It's like a warm tingle. Kind of like the sensation you would get from clapping your hands.

I also have felt the heat sensations in my groin area. This is all after a dx of acute hep b. I'm at 4.5 months since my diagnosis and I still suffer these symptoms. I also have palmer erythema (red patches on the heels of the palm), which is a symptom of liver disease. The other ongoing symptoms I have is the occasional itching about the torso and sleepy and fatigued. I can sleep 14-16 hours a day.

Here are some common symptoms :

Symptoms of Hepatitis B
Symptoms and signs of hepatitis B can range from none to minimal in the early stages of the illness, to jaundice (yellowing of the skin), nausea, abdominal pain, fever, and malaise in the acute phase. Appetite loss, fatigue, itching, dark urine and pale stools are some common symptoms.

After the initial infection, carriers of hepatitis B usually have few symptoms.

The symptoms you listed may or may not be related to Hep B. If they start getting to point where you can''t ignore, need to get in touch with doctor.
