Assist with Hepatitis B result

Hi Community,a local lab attendance recently made error with my hepatitis b result...she inputted hbsag positive...with that in mind i didnt bother to re-comfirm elsewhere..i did the further test in a medical research institute which is---
HBclgM-(Negative)
HBeag-(Negative)/
Hbeab-(Positive)-----------
AST: (11.4),
ALT:(14.1),
Alkaline Phosphate:(56),
Total protein:(66.0),
Albumin:(41.8),
Bilirubin(direct):3.9,
Bilirubin Total:13.1

after the second set of results came out...i later did opted to reconfirm the hbsag status which came out Negative...after this i did hepatitis b and C screening in another standard facility and its Negative...that means an error occurred in the first test which brought the false alarm.. HBsag in negative meaning i am not currently infected...please i need interpretation of the above result...

***the specialist also suggest i run a HBV Profile to know if i was infected before and immune cleared it or through prior vaccination..Is it necessary?

If your Anti-HBs is 669.40 iu/L, you will not be contagious. Do remember, there are other sexually transmitted diseases, HBV is just one of them.
No need to see a doctor if the above results are correct.

I can't read Filipino. Are you:
HBsAg .0467 Non Reactive
Anti - HBs 669.40 Reactive
Anti - HBc IgG 0.018 Reactive
Anti - HAV IgM 0.266 Non Reactive
HBeAg 0.110 Non Reactive
Anti - HBe 0.004 Reactive

If these are correct, you have recovered from a previous HBV infection.
You have not been infected by Hepatitis A, so vaccination against Hepatitis A may be useful.
I don't see why you can't work in Japan, even if you were HBsAg positive (which you are not).

Just my opinion.

If your HBeAb is positive, this would indicate a prior HBV infection from which you have recovered (HBsAg negative). However, this result in itself could be a false positive.
I think it is a good idea to run HBV profile as suggested by your specialists. Patients who recovered naturally from a HBV infection usually have some dormant cccDNA and Hepatitis B may re-activate when you undergo cancer or immuno therapy. So it is always good to know whether you were previously infected with HBV so that precaution can be taken to prevent re-activation.

Sir Stephen may question po ako. Nag pa check ako ng Hepa Profile ko last Friday and eto yung results ko.  HBsAg .0467 Non Reactive  Anti - HBs 669.40 Reactive  Anti - HBc IgG 0.018 Reactive  Anti - HAV IgM 0.266 Non Reactive  HBeAg 0.110 Non Reactive  Anti - HBe 0.004 Reactive   I'm planning to apply as a Caregiver sa Japan. Ano po yung lagay ko? Since non reactive ako. Makakaalis ba ako next year? Sana mabigyan nyo ko ng kasagutan sa mga questions ko. Thank you so much in advance po.

i.am sorry. i read it wrong. i thought is about HbsAb.
you should check your HbsAb to be sure that you have enough antibodies. sorry again for confusion.
