Being HBV+ can I have a chilld?

I've just been diagnosed as being HBV+. My fiance is not. She was vaccinated some time back. We are thinking of settling down together and having children. Presently, I'm awaiting the result of the DNA count. My worry is, should the need arise for me to commence treatment, what are the chances of our having childrn? Would the medication hamper my fertility? Should we go ahead and work towards having the baby before commencing the HBV treatment? My fiance's GP says that we would need to have an IVF. Would this help?

You can have children but with caution, vaccination, contact with your blood, razor, etc.

If your positive means u are a carrier, I gave birth to 2 very healthy children while being informed i was a carrier. (My spouse at the time had the correct antibodies agianst hep b)
and my new spouse was vaccinated against it in the hope that we can have children in the future. Hope this helps...
