Can HepB be transmitted through saliva? Will a person get HepB because he uses the same fork that an HepB patient used before?

You can get Hep B from posting at a message board with people who have Hep B.

So your friend, who has HepB gave you a ride in his car, but your friend also licked the car's door handle and force you you use his form in an attempt to infect you with HepB.  Now you have this grave concern about transmission via saliva, that about right.  Try trolling somehwere else.
