Can someone help clarify my results for me

I have been a carrier, or chornic carrier as recently stated, since I was born. Recently the doc has told me that I could be sick with the disease, where I have always been told that I am immune to it. So she did all her tests and here are the results:
HBV PCR QN 2090 IU/ml
HBV LOAD 12200 COPIES/ml
HBV E AB Postive
HBc AB Positive
HBc IGM Non-Reactive
HBs AB <9.9 (0-9.9) an index of less than 9.9 indicates a negative.
HBs AG Positive (Interpretations: Reference Range: Negative)
HBV E AG Negative
The doc hasn't gotten back to me but my questions are does this mean I am sick or still in carrier status? Can pregnancy affect levels, as I am pregnant? Should I do a biopsy, the doc wants to do one asap? Any input would be nice and thank you for any advice that can be given!

Ultrasound elastography, commercially known as FibroScan®, is strongly correlated with advanced fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis, and values above 12.5 kPa are indicative of cirrhosis. This technique works best for separating patients with minimal or no fibrosis from those with significant fibrosis. A linear correlation with increasing fibrosis has not been demonstrated, and 15% discordance between elastography scores and histologic fibrosis has been observed. Advanced fibrosis may be underestimated and patients with macronodular cirrhosis may be classified as noncirrhotic. Fibrosis may be overestimated in patients with extrahepatic cholestasis or acute hepatocellular injury due to the effects of these conditions on liver stiffness. Ultrasound elastography does not distinguish patients with no fibrosis from patients with minimal fibrosis. Ascites can interfere with the generation of a shear wave through the liver.

just monitor you are perfectly healthy.just check that alt/ast are within normal range for 6 months and after that you can make a fibroscan and have the same (if not more accurate) result of your liver damage than the one from biopsy

Your ALT and AST are very good.  Some doctors will monitor you rather than treat you.

So the Doc finally called me and gave me the rest of the results ALT was 17 and AST was 18. She also told me that my HBV PCR QN was down from the last tests I had in 2009 and it was 3310. So can you someone tell me what all this means? The doc still seems to think I need a liver biopsy but i don't think it needed. Also my clotting factor was a little low, 3.4, but I am pregnant and I was anemic with my daughter. Any extra input would be nice.

so from just these results there is no way to tell if I am sick or not?

Get them because their values make a difference.
