when you say you seroconverted, you are saying you've become hbsag negative and hbeab postive, correct?

if so then your viral load of 6489 is considered high due to some flaring of the virus. with your status you should be under 2000 IU/mL

i would cosult with my doctor again and see if i may be in need of treatment.

good luck

Please post your latest test results (AST/ALT, viral load).

Since you mentioned you have sero-converted, based on AST/ALT and viral load "what next" could be answered.

If you sero-converted with medication, then you could stop taking medication and monitor yearly.
