Cumin or curcumin or turmeric ? which is best?

I want to start making some tea every morning that includes Organic Reishi, ,Organic unpasteurized Honey, green tea,

I would like to add Turmeric or Cumin or Curcumin to this mix but not really sure which is best, or maybe should add them all?

The reason for the tea is to try to keep inflammation down and liver healthy, latest results on fibroscan are 6.4 kPa a little higher than I am comfortable with, along with an increase in viral load of about 1 log (not sure if I said that correctly). I know people talk about lowering Viral load with some of these ingredients however I don't expect this, if it happens will be an added bonus.

Would love to hear your thoughts.  I know some or all of these things were posted and talked about before here however I can not seem to find the posts through the search function.  Maybe using the wrong search string.

I think Curcumin would be the best its what is inside Turmeric that has the anti inflammatory properties.
