DNA/HBV : 280,000 copies

I’ve been living in South Asia. I’m 60 years. After treatment HBV, I took lamivudine 100 mg/day  DNA/HBV is negative since May 2008. Successive (check blood DNA HBV Every 3 months).

Now after I stopped using lamivudine 2 months
-DNA/HBV: 280,000 Copies = 2,8 x 5log10.
-SGOT : 140 ui
-SGPT : 300 ui

Should I take tenofovir 0,5 mg alone or plus lamivudine 100 mg ?

yu need a biopsy or a fibroscan to know if you have liver damage

hbv makes no damage to the liver, it is oxidation stress and your immune system to make the damage, so if you take many antioxidants, keep your cholesterol the lowest possible, low weight like bmi 20-23, you can avoid most of the liver damage

im living nepal..n m 28yrs old..im hep b +ve..what is mean hbeag+ve..?..ive given blood for this test n dna n lft...i knew hep b +ve in 22 years of age..sir what is the percentage of liver demage..?

i would take tenofovir as there is a good chance you could have resistance to lamivudine
