Did I have hepatitis B?

I went to a health clinic for an HIV test and was later told I had syphilis.  They offered me treatment as well as to get Hep A and Hep B vaccine.  I remember the nurse saying something about my results, and I remember asking her- Does that mean I have Hepatitis?  I remember getting the Hep B vaccine in middle school.  She said no, and I recieved a couple shots over the course of a couple months.  I did some research about people that have hepatitis b and pass it become immune.  Was she trying to tell me I had hepatitis before and I am now immune.  If some one were to give me a hepatitis test would it show positive? Would I be able to get a work visa in another country?  Also one last question, I went to get an HIV test but I was told a week later I had syphillis. I looked at the website and it says tests for syphillis cost extra.  Did they just test my blood because I was high risk, is it possible they also tested for hepatitis without telling me?
