Elevated liver test with normal Hep B and C serologies

Hello- Wondering if someone can provide me some input about my recent test

Had a high-risk secual exposure 6 months ago  (unprotected sex with AA CSW)

I tested negative for HIV at 12 weeks and also tested for Hep B and C at the same time as below

Hep B Core Ab, IgM Negative
Hep B Surface Ab, Qual Negative
Hep B Surface Ag Negative
Hep C Antibody IA Negative

My liver enzymes at 12 weeks were completely normal. Recently I developed some abdominal discomfort so I tested at 180 days again (6 months post exposure) for Hep C and liver enzymes. Unfortuantely my AST and ALT came back elevated at 84 and 126 and my Hep C Antibody come back negative agin. I did not retested for Hep B this time as I was told that the serologies I had at 12 weeks would have detected an acute infection.

Could this be hepatitis B or C that the test missed?

Thank you in advance

Thx. Are you stating that the hep b and c serologies completely exclude these two types of viral hepatitis ?

I actually ended rechecking the same 5 serologies at day 181 post exposure when I found my lfts elevated. I have a RNA for hep c pending. I consume alcohol frequently and have been taking aspirin and alleve almost on a daily basis for back pain. Wonder if these could be the reason.

Obviously with a high-risk exposure such as mine, it is difficult to ignore these results.

Thx again for any input

no that s normally due to food full of chemicals, just have a indepth look about the food you buy at supermeket and how it is full of chemicals whihc destroys liver and health.

this is the first cause of death and diseases today, not viruses, check your liver by a fibroscan, most find damaged livers from food

change to fresh food with no chemicals added and see other posts of the forum, you may have fatty liver
