Entecavir vs vemlidy

Hi, I went to see 2 doctor , my viral load is 169000000ml , first doctor recommend me vemlidy, second doctor recommend entecavir? Can someone tell me with experience taken these treatment, is best ,less side effects.

tenofovir is the best drug for hbv and the most effective in cancer prevention and it has no resistance.not entecavir which has very  low resistance but it has resistance it is not zero, it works less on liver cancer prevention but it is less heavy on kidneys so only if you have kidneys problems it is a better choice.as regards vemlidy, which is low dose tenofovir with better concentration in the liver and a patent, it doesn t have many years of study to say zero resistance
