Excepting Mom

Hello everyone. I am a newbie. I am currently taking entecavir. I just found out I am pregnant  about 5 weeks .I am so confused. My Dr. Suggested I switch to tenofovir.  I did some research on tenofovir is safe to take during pregnancy.I am afraid the drug will cause birth defects. Any Mom is taking this drug while pregnant please share. Thank you

entecavir can t be used on pregnancy, only tenofovir is safe on pregnancy and very well studied for it.
it is also the most potent hbv drug and cheaper than entecavir, hbsag is reported to go cleared by 17 years or tenofovir use while entecavir over 35years
