I suggest to do biopsy as your doc said to be sure of what happened in your liver

Yes...go repeat fibroscan, preferably not at the same place where you had your previous Fibroscan

Thx for your suggestions.... Fyi - I am very lean boy. My body weight is just 50kgs only and height - 175 cm. In previous fibroscan I ate rice at 1hr before.... Some how again I will do the fibroscan in some other place and share the result soon. Is it any possibilities for super infections like HDV???
My tranferrin saturation is 54.63%. My age is 26. I consulted with doctor with my complete blood test. He said " you don't have any symptoms so no issues due to this result you just keep monitoring your hbv status".

As Stephen suggest, test your platelet count (you shall get results the next day) and calculate your APRI score:
http://www.hepatitisc.uw.edu/page/clinical-calculators/apri

If platelet count (APRI) is normal then you should repeat Fibroscan...but if platelet count is very low (APRI high) then I would go straight for biopsy...

PLATELET COUNT - 303 X 10³ / µL

Reference range - 150-400
Your platelet count is good. So why is your Fibroscan score so high? As Aduiski suggested, you may like to repeat the Fibroscan. Just make sure you fast for two hours before the test, and if you are obese, make sure the right probe is used. Of course, the operator should be fully trained.

I am not a doctor. Your Fibroscan score of 22.5 kpa is very high, indicating cirrhosis, however your Ultrasound showed "normal liver echotexture". You should consult a liver specialist and complete a liver function test to give further information about the state of your liver.

Yes Stephen, I consulted with hepatologist... He advised to do the liver biopsy... But i m not interesting to do....

My LFT result - ast, albumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, protein, alk phosphate, globulin and gamma are always normal. The ALT only little bit high - 41iu/ml.
What about platelet count, and a prothrombin time? Size of spleen, portal vein pressure etc. The following link may give you more information:
