The Zliver a Foundation has free testing and then there are public health clinics in your area that do testing and care based upon your need.  There is even insurance available for falsies in need.  Google hepetitis clinics and your local liver foundation to get the names of clinics and facilities who will help.

Then, keep detailed info and try to get coupes because you may bounce around and it's up to you to keep a complete medical health file.  This way, whenever you see a new clinic, lab or doctor, you can let them copy the info.

The first copy of most lab results is free.  If you get tested at a clinic who has a website for patients, then you can print your own copies.  

Final suggestion, studies at medical research hospitals or via doctors gets you free everything! So do ask around if there are any trials you can get in. Let them know if they are screening you that you cannot afford any tests and that they will have to pay for screening tests to evaluate you for a study.
