To know weather it is acute or chronic she needs to do some other tests like Hbeag or has to wait for six months & do another HBV exam for Hbsag.
In 2 months from 7K to 372 is a good sign of clearing the virus. Is your wife on any medication ?

My wife with HBsAg that is first test value is 7010 , after 2 months it will be 483.82 iu/ml. those tests are CMIA tests But I am not suffer with that virus. My dought is it is acute or cronic please help me sir. first test date is 18/04/2016 and second test date is 27/06/2016. Please help me......
