Sebvio600 its the best for hbv becouse its reduice the dna qua. I took all medicine for than 22yrs and i found sebvio is the best
Just got my lab test result and it reads hbv iu/ml>170,000,000 iu/ml. Hbv copies/ml> 989,400,000
not immune tollerant, start tenofovir (viread) and see if hbvdna gets to unetactable by 6months, if not you can add entecavir (baraclude) too and get und very fast
after few years und you can try intf add on to clear hbv
Thanks for all replied.
My HepB values:
08/2012: HBV DNA: 8.04 log
08/2012: HBV DNA IU: > 110,000,000 IU/mL, ALT: 97 UI/L and AST: 63 UI/L
Thank you very much in advance.
if you're still eag+ and alt/ast are normal and no liver damage you still are in immunotolerance phase and no therapy is needed..
please give us more details on your hbv history...
do not cosnider hbvdna values as something that matters to hbv infection, hbvdna is a useless test just to use for antivirals but as regards liver status, immune status, hbv status the hbvdna test alone means nothing
That is high. You should start treatment right away.
Depending on the shape your liver is you could do interferon . But it also helps to see your Alt and Ast values.
If you have advanced fibrosis and high alt and ast then the best choice would be an antiviral like tenofovir or entecavir. Entecavir will bring the VL down faster. I had 246.000.000 hbv dna in 2007 and i remember feeling very tired
So you definitely need to bring the viral load down - your viral count is high.
