its normal, all values goes up and down and to normal with hbvdna undetectable.its the normal way hbv infection is

you need to check your fibroscan to know if your liver is damaged or not, it can be perfectly healthy or not

yes as steff advised you need a fibroscan. You now need to monitor your DNA and ALT closely (every 2 months) unless you start with the treatment. In any case you need a fibroscan now, this will give you an important clue as to where you stand at the moment.

Are you hbeag positive or negative?
How old are you?
Male or female?
Do you drink alcohol?
What country are you from?

You need to consult a good hepatologist immediately......your hbv dna and sgpt are highly elevated ,you might need to start treatment.
