HBV Virul Load <3.8 meaning

Some of my cousine had reported Hepatitis B with HBV Virul Load <3.8. What does it means. Does it signify the time period when virus enter into body. What should be the next step to do? Any helpful answer or reference link is welcome.

this test alone means nothing, infection by hbv is present when hbsag is detactable, not hbvdna.you can have hbvdna not detactable but the liver full of infected cells

hbsag quantity in iu/ml reflects infected cells, status of infection, immune response towards hbv and possible clearance
hbcab igm confirms if chronic or acute
hbeag/hbeab stage of infection, hbeag reactive is easier to treat and has higher eradication

fibroscan determines liver damage

you need a full range of tests to determine hbv infection, not few tests, hbsag quantity in iu/ml and fibroscan the most important
