HBV almost cleared 12 weeks with interferon+simvastatin

Below is my experience with Interferron teraphy,
At 1st injection, Doctor asked me to stay at hospital for 24 hrs to see the effect, but everything felt normal. Same thing happen with 2nd injection.
After 3rd injection, started feel flu symptons , dry mouth (thirsty), less taste for food (my portion still normal) but still feel strong
After 4th injection, feel headache, sleepy/weak, less taste for food  and itching. But I still can riding bicycle for exercise.
After 10th injection, sometime light headache, dry mouth,  itching , less taste for food  but feel little stronger.

Below is the Lab test history, after dose#12 HBV DNA not detected.

they have both intf and peginterferon generic in vietnam and some other asian countires which are giving up these stupids patents but it makes no difference if generic or not

I am using injection type, peginterferon alfa 2A, 180 microgram/ 0.5 ml

48 weeks and now I finished 45 weeks.
No problem with hair, before I have appetite problem , skin (itching), thrombosit down (have blood on my saliva) and fell weak.
often If I do something sitting on the ground then  I will be unstable when I stand up.
Never check tiroyd gland.
Now, I feel much better like I am getting back close to normal.

it doesn t matter anymore the posts are about interferon plus simvastatin plus vit d and how she cleared hbsag in less thn 24 weeks which is extremely fast and rare

I mean Otan's  hbsag is <500iu/ml and alt and DNA was elevated BEFORE he started interferon therapy.  His Hbsag is very low but does not fulfil the criteria for inactive carrier.

there is another thread with update at 16 weeks with evrything und, she was to start hbv vaccine and zadaxin to make hbsab but she works in the jungle in asia i dont know if she will report updates soon on antibodies hbsab

in any case even without hbsab antibodies hbsag and hbvdna can stay negatve

otan was und in few weeks alredy for both hbsag and hbvdna while alt increased fortuantely and that s due to infected cells killing, if alt are normal hbsag cant decrease

Otan's HbSAG is <500iu/ml  but DNA and ALT is elevated.  He does not fulfil the criteria for inative carrier.  Perhaps he is already clearing the infection himself.  The ALT is due to his cells killing infected cells and DNA is released when he lyse the infected cells.  The infereon just speeded up the process.  What are your though?

he needs to be stored at 2-8° to last 2-3 months, it is good to order one vial at a time because frozen it loses some potency although frozen vials last 6-12 months.it cannot be refrozen more than one time

i strongly suggest to use gcmaf too, there s also production of gcma fin japan and it is actually a more concentrated form from the scientists who first discovered gcmaf.i guess it is easy to order there from your location and it is also very cheap, 78euro per vial which lasts 2 months

they also had a patient with lymphoma with hbv+hcv and they reported he cleared lymphoma and hbv.since gcmaf has no sides, cheap i strongly suggest to try it

sides I have now are less appetite.
Difficulty I am facing now is that I work physically on field while feelling not very fit.
I think if I work at office in room would not be a problem.
Now I am travelling to Penang Malaisia ttry to do vaccination.

yes that sbest especially if he has the new hbv vaccine with adjuvants and hbcag+hbsag
Thymosine is not all that much as immune modulator but if that s not too expensive and gcmaf not an option it is agood choice

also remember to keep vit d at max levels around 80-90ng/ml

I think you need the use of Thymosine 3.2 mg to booster up your immune system and give your self a triple dose of the new subunit vaccine at the same time.  You need altogether three doses given on Day 1, day 30 and day 180. forgot about hiv, that same patient is also hivrna undetactable or extremely low hivrna without hiv drugs and his cd4 are very high in the normal range, he is still on gcmaf and off any drugs

very good to have help from these expert doctors/researchers, you may also use gcmaf to henance immune system like i am doing and that will help for sure but i guess it is difficult to get it in your area in a very short tie and it is pretty expensive, one vial 660euro for 2 months treatment shipment included.the point is it loses potency if delivery is longer than 3-4 days because it needs temp at around 4° to store it with no losses

an hiv+hbv coinfected patient in italy used gcmaf injections and cleared hbv by 4 weeks on gcmaf.he was not infected at birth because hbcab igm positive but since coinfected with hiv he was not clearing hbsag and was over 6 months of infection, gcmaf cleared immedialy hbsag and developped hbsab.you may find gcmaf at this website, gcmaf eu

is the simvastatin dose 10mg?might that be realated to simvastatin?

if there is any chance it can be due to sim i d lower sim to 5mg and see how alt changes

i actually think 99% is still the hbv fight, it will end when hbsab will rise because hbsab will prevent reinfection of other cells and all the infection gets halted definitely
