don t know about india's card but hbv is very common in asia and india so all babies must get vaccine at birth, all, this way hbv will be killed forever
trnsmission is thru blood and sex but if hbvdna is very high hbv is in saliva too but possibility of infection is very very low
you should check hbsag and if negative make vaccine or if money is an issue make vaccine anyway and check hbsab antibody after all vaccines done
ok. thanks...but i am bothered about my baby was infected wit jaundice on birth and transfered his boold. recently we know that my two brothers infected with hbv and we dnt knw when it infected. india siddha tratment is going on. when i tested it is negative and vaccinated. I heard chances are easy to infect baby. so wanna know is it spread through sweat ? and thinking to check my baby. pls advise me.
