Hepatitis B surface antigen is positive and the index value is 21.73.What is the interpretation and implication of the same. I believe this means that I am a carrier of Hepatitis B but what does the level indicate.

All it say you have hepatitis b. you need the following tests:

Hbsag quantitave
DNA viral load
Fibroscan
Hbeag status
Alt/ast
