Hi,

How are you? How is your heath going?

I was detected with HBV where my HBsAG was +ive and HBvDNA not detected about two years ago.

But now I done LFT test. My Briblurin and phosphate are normal but my ALT was little high (46.01). What should I do now.

check hbsag quantity by abbott architect in iu/ml with diluition
check hbvdna pcr
possible  hbv genotype, core mutants

after these tests we might have an idea if tretment is necessary and which one
