HBsAg +. can you please interpret?

this is my HB profile. someone can interpret  this please..


HBsAg Elisa =2.827 normal values for male is 0.105 =Reactive
Anti Hbs =0.010 normal values for maleis 0.105 = non reactive
anti hbeag =0.014 normal values for male is 0.105 = non reactive
anti hbe =0.019 nomal values for male is 0.828 =reactive
anti hbc G =0.016 nomal values for male is 0.434 = reactive
anti hbc M =0.053 nomal values for male is 0.105 = reactive

SGPT = 32.00 = nomal values for male is 0-45

the result was came from medical clinic and they never try to explain to me this one maybe beacsue that's the only thing their job can do!
IF my SGPT is normal, what about my other result means?
do you think its chronic and need some medications or drug to take?

please please please can you give me some enlightenment?

what the result is want to say???

how do you sure it is acute? i have so many research on the combination and the result is carrier state.

anti hbc M =0.053 nomal values for male is 0.105 = reactive

this means you had acute hbv and should clear hbv within 6-12 months from infection, there are no drugs active on hbv so just live an healthy life and check hbsag to be negative and hbsab to become positive by 6 months
