17years of tenofovir mono to get hbsag und or very very low.i posted this stdy based on observed hbsag decline on tdf.etv was 25 or 35 years, dont remember but little effect on hbsag...other antivirals requires even longer

no kidding , it is about 1350 dollars per a pill for 12 weeks. that is crazy.

I mean peg plus riba has those high clearance numbers already so drugs must be cheaper to be free on heathcare

Treat at a decent price, healthcare refuses to pay those drugs for hcv, only peg non responders are treated with those drugs and these are a minority of hcv carriers (geno 1 has 50% clearance, geno 4 about 80-90%)
