Have HBsAg postive even HBsAg Vaccine

Hi, my wife have HBsAg postive reactive (15Ns) even she have anti-HBsAg since last 3 year. Why?
I really confusing about that. Any additional testing needed? thanks in advance.

i am 20 yrs old i have 3.260 HBsAg,,,,0.105 cut off value result reactive i got that result when i make bloodtest.....please hope u can help me,,,and what i need to do

If she is HBsAg 8.82Ns reactive and HBsAb(Titre) Negative, she could already had HBV when she was vaccinated which would not be effective.

Thanks for your reply. The result all come out are HBsAg 8.82Ns reactive for the Last Test. HBsAb(Titre) Negative. She vaccinated last three year for HBsAb. I don't really understand for that. Anyway now i must accept for her result.

What are her other lab results?
