HbeAg non-reactive and Anti HbeAg reactive

I am a chronic HbsAg reactive and Anti HbsAg non-reactive but reactive on Anti HbeAg and non reactive on HbeAg.
Do I need to take medications? Can I infect other people.What are the does and dont's!

Please help me...

yes u can infact others. so make sure all ur family member who u live with is vaccinated. and u ll need medication when ur enzymes are elevated.

If your ALT is elevated it could mean your immune system is fighting the virus and some doctors may want you on treatment, otherwise they will just monitor you.

What is your viral load?  As long as you carry HBV, it is possible that you may infect other people, but how contagious you are depends on your liver stage.

Have a doctor follow you, do not treat yourself.
