Hi Stef
Please guide me regarding what supplements should I take to feel more energetic. I currentlu feel little fatigued and experience muscle pain. I want to continue my cycling

1. I am on entecavir 0.5mg for six months now,  viral DNA I'd undetectable now.

2. Taking 10000iu vitamin d3 daily ( vitamin D level has gone up from 9ng/ml to 66.5ng/ml)

3. Taking vitamin B12 + folate tablet everday

What other supplements would you suggest and what brands?  I am from India. Diet is vegetarian

Thanks in advance

In what form is magnesium to be taken?  How to source it?  Online?
I am from India. Any particular brand you can suggest?

About blackseed,  it's better to take group seed with honey or better as oil. Safisifa recommended freshly ground black seeds with honey

Hi SphereAj!

I am in same situation like u! Start entecavir 0.5mg 5 months ago.DNA undetectable. I feel same as you, little fatigued, specially in the afternoon, and muscle pain in the morning!

I've just received vit. D3 10 000 ui and started taking for 3 days! I am also curious, how much to take this supplement, all the days for the next year ? Last time my 25OH was 26 ng/ml.

Also, i am taking magnesium 375mg + B6 1,4mg. (30 days).

Advices are welcome. Thank you in advance!
