Hep B Negative still elevated AST and ALT.
Hello, i am a 38 yr old male and I performed cunnilingus and analingus on woman of unknown status 5 months ago and I tested negative for all forms of hepatitis. However my AST was 100 and ALT 106 today. Im negative for all stds at appropriate test windows. I do drink heavily on weekends. I’m very new to understanding varying degrees of liver enzymes. What level of concern should I have with these results? Can I assume I do not gave any forms of hepatitis after 5 months?
