Hep B oral sex

Hello Doctor,
What is the consensus on HIV and oral sex. It seems this forum basically says it is impossible. There are a couple of differing views on this. Also, what about hep b? Dr HH and Dr EW both write it is near impossible. Dr Hook has stated that it is categorically not transmitted in this way. It carries no risk. Dr Jose at freedomhealth has written a blog saying there is absolutely zero risk and Dr Sean agrees. My confusion is that Dr HH has written it is not a worry in earlier blogs but in a more recent one 2013-2014 I think, he wrote that it can rarely be transmitted. Dr HH, have you changed your opinion on this? Has there been more recent evidence/studies?

Thanks friend. Do you know the window period for testing? Apparently rapid tests can be done in two weeks. Any other advice?

as long as there is no blood involved it is safe unless your gums is bleeding then the "private part" have wounds and there is possibility for a blood contact. but i think its still not high risk just make sure no wounds or bleeding gums.
