Hi
Many people suffer from this problem.I don't think it is related to virus especially if your tests result are well.
Maybe it is psychological problem .try to use some tisanes maybe will help

I have had this sleep issue for more than 10 years. Usually it wakes up in the middle of the night and can't sleep again. My counter measure is to take a nap after the lunch time. I always thought it's related to the virus. So I have not paid too much attention to it (nothing I can do anyway). But it is getting worse recently that I can't sleep all night. Hopefully this Vit D3 will help.

My sleep issues came WELL BEFORE I was on meds. The meds actually helped regulate my sleep pattern back to normal again. Blood pressure is fine. I get it checked every month. It's almost always 120/80. Maybe once or twice it's been a little off but never by so much that it caused worries/

Nothing to do with virus. I sleep 8-10 hours, depends what sort of human are you. I see    that you are 57, so can be age, andropause, menopause, different kind of  issues.

Many people will tell you it's anxiety or worry that is keeping you up, etc. I'll add to this. When my chronic went active, I had a VERY hard time sleeping. My sleeping habits changed drastically. I would be going to bed at 7:30pm and waking up at 2am and could not sleep the rest of the night now matter how hard I tried. I was affected drastically by noise too, when I never had this issue. At the worst phase, I could not sleep for FIVE DAYS in a row. It was bad. It was only until I started to add Vitamin D3 when I noticed the sleeping habits return to normal. Now, it is all back to normal thanks to this and the nucs. I'd start with the D3. Get tested to see how deficient you are and take it from there. Don't expect results over night, it'll take some time.
