Hepa B Reactive

Here is my question.
I was detected last 2010 as reactive in hepa b.

this is my result,
HBsAg - >3.000 Reactive
Anti-  HBs - non reactive
HBeAg- non-reactive
Anti- HBE 0.332 -Reactive
Anti-HBclgM - non reactive
Anti-HBclgG - 0.438 reactive

So what does it mean? how will I get rid of it?
I am also planning to work abroad, middle east to be exact.
hope you guys will help me. :(

It looks like you have chronic Hepatitis B. Please see a doctor for further testiness, such as hbvdna, liver functions, and a Fibroscan to see whether treatment is needed.
